This attractive 9"x12" Black Piano Finish Floating Acrylic Plaque is ideal for wall mounting in your reception area, waiting room, or consultation room.  Included are two brass screw-in legs that can attach to the back of the plaque so that it can alternatively be displayed sitting on a bookshelf or credenza. Our standard Transitions Accredited plaque is shipped with the inscription as shown here in the first picture.  It can also be special ordered with your studio name on it as the last line of text on the plaque (see second image) at no extra charge. Durable 1/4" thick clear acrylic plate is screwed on with silver studs and is elevated 1/4" above the black plaque base. The plaque is designed so that it can be wall mounted or stand on a flat surface using two metal screw-in stands included. The backing is lined with felt for added elegance.
